Who is Dr. Jo’s “ Heart-To- Heart” Coaching Program for?
This program is designed for women who may have experienced one of these transitional points in life (such as: divorced, empty-nester, retired, care givers, career change, or relocation.) and want tools and techniques for one or more of the following:
What is Dr. Jo’s “ Heart-To- Heart” Coaching Program?
In my personalized program, I will be using strategies, techniques, and tools that are positive psychology and evidenced based. In addition, I will also be using the Building Personal Resilience strategies and tools from The Heart Math Institute.
It is a “safe place” where together, we will unwrap or revisit your unique gifts and strengths. We will take a closer look at what might be getting in the way of your "Thriving” and living your best life. We will work in partnership! As your health and well-being coach, I will listen deeply to you, and use stress reduction techniques, tools, and strategies to help you cut through the clutter and simplify your life. I will help you create the life you want to live and hold you accountable.

- Strategies for self-compassion and love
- Breathe Work & Mindfulness
- Saying "Yes" when you want to say "No"
- Practical strategies for managing stress
- Establishing and achieving new routines, or goals
- Wanting to increase happiness and peace in your life
- Wanting consistency and accountability with achieving goals
- Wanting heart and brain coherence to promote overall health and happiness
- Wanting to manage or get ahead of chronic illnesses (e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, poor sleep patterns, low energy)
- Looking for strategies and tools to increase overall health and well-being

I am Dr. Jo Ann Cason (“Dr. Jo”). I am the CEO/Founder of Do More Living, Now LLC, a Certified Positive Psychology Health & Well-being Coach, a Credentialed Health & Well-being Coach through the National Board of Health & Well-being, a Certified Heart Math Mentor through Heart Math Initiative, and over 30 combined years experience as a principal, administrator, and math teacher.
I have a passion for helping women thrive and navigate change as they go through transitional points and roles in their lives, by prioritizing self-care, and overall well-being, so that they can “Do More Living, Now!”

My Story
The genesis for Do More Living Now, LLC, was given life from my mom’s last words to me as she transitioned, March 31, 2010. She said, “ Jo, you’ve been a good daughter… I want you to do more than just work and come home… I want you to do more living now and remember to give back.” In my grief, as I struggled with my tears and my fears about what her physical absence would mean, I kept her last words close to my heart, but they did not lead to a change in my daily choices. I still spent most of my days going to work early and staying late.
It wasn’t until the Pandemic of 2020, that her words bore fruit in my life. The Pandemic made me, along with many others, come face-to-face with our daily choices in living life. I started to acknowledge that I was indeed feeling more stress and anxiety about my choices. I started doing some deep reflection, praying, and fasting. I asked myself if I was truly living the best version of myself? Am I living from my heart or am I living from worldly perspectives? Was I living my own purpose or was I living out God’s Purpose for me? I was an administrator, helping to lead schools, but in 2020, I felt the shift from helping in the School House to a strong urge to help myself and others live from the “ Heart- House.” So! In December 2020, I quit my job as an Assistant Principal! I decided to pursue with passion, my desire to help myself and others experience more love, peace, joy, happiness, and overall greater satisfaction with life.
